this is what im talking about. its raw. unfiltered. no ulterior motives clouded by the desire to be ‘artsy’ or ‘deep’. it is what it is and it makes me smile

DID YOU KNOW there was a study in 2016 that found that making art can significantly reduce stress levels, regardless of artistic talent or experience? Because that’s a real thing.
